I cannot connect my PayPal Account

If you are unable to connect your PayPal account, please have a look at the following steps to resolve the issue.

1. Email verification

Please make sure that your PayPal email is verified. When you first sign up for PayPal you receive an email from them with instructions to verify your email address. To check the verification status, log into your PayPal account and go to your dashboard → click on the arrow underneath your name → see if "Email confirmed" is marked with a green arrow as in the image below. 

 

2. Login Data

In order to properly connect the PayPal account, your first name, last name, and email address entered must match the data used to create your PayPal account. You can look into this by logging into your PayPal account and going to your settings page where you can access the information you signed up with. 

 

3. Ask Us!

If after the first two steps you still cannot connect your PayPal account or you have questions with regard to your Market login info, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us at market@eyeem.com.
